32 male and female contestants with the most healthy glow and interesting sharing on how (s)he keeps him- or herself healthy will be shortlisted to compete for the 16 top positions, moving on to the finals to compete for the Mr & Ms Glow in Pink! title at Bugis Junction on 12 June 2010.
